Alan Kusov

Principal

Bringing 20 years of design, construction and development experience to the firm, Alan's multi-range background has given him not only acumen for design aesthetics or a keen knowledge of the building process, but also adherent rapport with different teams on each project.  His development project management experience spans bespoke luxury estates, adaptive reuse, ground-up construction and both branded and independent hotel developments across the US.  ​

 

Alan holds a Architecture degree from the Cooper Union for the the Advancement of Arts and Science.
